As you can see, some things have changed around here. I finally have put together the blog design I bought 2 months ago. Applause, applause.
Word to the wise, premade templates are a lot of work.
They make it seem easy but once they send off the instructions and graphics, you are on your own. Plus side is I learned a lot about HTML and other blog design features. Mainly in part to thanks Sarah and all her blogging tutorials.
That is why it took me 2 months to finally have everything situted with the designer and put together on my end. I also updated my "About" page and introduced a "Love" page that includes our wedding and marriage. Give them a look!
Everything is still a work in progress and I'm sure I will be adding and tweaking for the weeks to come. Now that I have some knowledge up in blog design, I feel like I can make some pretty nifty adjustments. One being, adding my pages to right under "Classy & Sassy Mrs." If anyone has an idea how to go about that, feel free to comment or email me. I would love it.
Any feedback you can give me? Find something that just isn't so? Let a girl know!
Oh and a weekend was had around here as well. It included a first birthday party, being sick and relaxing.

I love the design, but I never realized that they came with so much effort on the installing end. You did a great job with it, though!!

ReplyDeleteI'll never get one that doesn't include installation again. But like I said, I learned some html so bright side :) Hope you are feeling better! I'm still trying to kick mine.
ReplyDeleteIt was definitely a lot of work on my end. I would recommend a pre made one that includes installation. Would have saved me a lot of headaches for sure!
