Let Me Educate You on Friends

Thursday, May 2, 2013

Today I am supposed to educate the great people of blog land. As part of the May Blog Everyday topic of "Educate us about something you know a lot about."

And this my dear friends, is what I know a lot about and need to educate everyone on.

Friends.

Not the best kind of people you hang out with in real life.

The TV show Friends. Only the best show ever made.

Some common Friends sayings you will need to know to be in the "In Crowd" with Friends

Now let me introduce you to my "Friends"

This is Ross

He's not a doctor, just has a PhD. In dinosaurs. Has been divorced 3 times. And you must say, "Three Divorces!" in a squeaky high voice

This is Monica. Ross' sister. Former chubby girl. Crazy nut clean freak. Occasionally puts turkeys on her head to cheer people up.  She talks at high decibels.

This is Rachel. Her and Monica are BFFs. Former spoiled girl. Loves Ross/Hates Ross. Has a kid with Ross (Emma). Has the best hairstyles.

This is Phoebe. Everyone loves Phoebe. You want Phoebe in your group of friends for the comedy. You never know what will come out of her mouth.

This is Chandler. Chandler Bing. He goes from scary skinny, skinny, chubster Mcgee, chubby, decent size..throughout the years. Maybe it has something to do with Matthew Perry's alcohol and drug issues..hmmm. We will never know. Chandler is always ready with a sarcastic comment or joke. And he has THE BEST dance moves.

And this is Joey. It's kind of like, "Duh." How You doin? He likes the ladiesssss. *Wink, Wink*

There's love brewed on Friends.

Ross and Rachel. Rachel and Ross. Together, Apart, Married, Divorced, Baby Parents.

Chandler and Monica got together in London..IN LONDONNNN. Got Hitched.

Here's is where my Friends hang out. The Central Perk.

You will be jealous of the fact that they hang out there so much and yet they all still have full time jobs. Makes you curious and jealous all at the same time.

And this was their final bow. Their last show. And when I most definitely cried my eyes out. I mean, it was the end of an era!!

Basically, my life.

Ok, maybe 50 times...

You are now well educated on Friends. And will need to watch it every night on Nick at Night on Nickelodeon. You will thank me for it.

Oh, and a special treat for those of you who are Friends fiends like myself.

 But wait...it gets better.

That's Emma!!!

Musical Grey's Anatomy?!

Thursday, March 31, 2011

I know there are people saying they didn't like it but I really enjoyed it! It made the drama that much more intense and Sara Ramirez has an excellent voice.

All the songs were previous songs featured in Grey's Anatomy. She started with the opening song of Grey's which was very clever. "How We Operate" was from the episode when Denny was being operated on for his heart.

"The Story" was first featured on the music for Grey's Anatomy special. It was then played again when Private Practice started.

"Runnin on Sunshine" was played during the time Meredith told Derek and the vet that she just wanted to date. Commence them vying for her love.

There were definitely more fan favorites and I can't wait to download the songs on ITunes.

Bravo, Chandra Rhimes. Bravo.
